Micro learning cards for Families, Parents and Guardians

The Digital Wellbeing for Families project have developed 18 bespoke Micro Learning Cards. These are short, accessible, and engaging educational tools designed to help families reflect on and improve their digital habits. They provide short and actionable content that will make it easier for busy parents to absorb and implement digital parenting strategies without feeling overwhelmed.

Supports for Adult Educators: Digital Wellbeing Guidebook for supporting families

 The Guidebook is designed to support Adult Educators to respond to the challenges faced by families and parents connected to screen time, online safety, digital identity and the emotional and social effects of digital technologies. The Guidebook supports Adult Educators to deliver the Digital Wellbeing Workshops that can be found here.
